This is an exercise over at the excellent illustrationclass.com. Download a file to print out and interpret the negative space as you see fit. I didn’t get too much done in a half-hour and my printer kinda effed-up the right side there, but I kinda dig it. Head on over to the site and check out this exercise and many others.
