Day 13!

Published by Rev. Josh under 3x5, Art, Pen & Ink

So my girlfriend’s due back from Costa Rica this afternoon. Guess what I was doing last night and this morning? I drew up a crappy little index card sketch of it:

I only got about half of it done, so back to work for me.

Three Index Card Robots

Published by Rev. Josh under 3x5, Art, Pen & Ink, Robots

3 index card robots

Three robots drawn on index cards in ‘04. I think I have an unhealthy robot, uh, thing. Robots and zombies. Hmm. I think I have to draw a robot zombie.

Update!

As I was posting this I scribbled out a little robot zombie on an index card. Check it out in all of its lame glory:

Max Vs. Robot

Max Vs. Robot

When me and k.t. first decided to work on a comick together, I knew I had to get a robot in there somewhere. This is a little sketch I did way back in the planning period for issue two. Issue one is just about done now.

Some other comicks posts here.

I keep a stack of 3×5 index cards here on the desk for me to doodle and such on when I’m waiting for something to load on the computer or to write little notes and crap. This fellow got scribbled out a couple days ago. I liked it until I got to the mouth area, which I always screw up. Oh, well.
