This week’s Illustration Friday topic is Spotted. I figured the easiest way to convey this topic would be with one of my bizarre creatures. Yep. Here he is. The spotted leopard mouse. Endangered species, he is. Probably due to their genetically predisposed nature to smoke three packs a day. Weirdos. (One of these days I need to learn how to paint.)

Finally. An Illustration Friday topic I’m already way into. Here’s my monster. Ink and Watercolor. Not too sure why he doesn’t have a bottom jaw. Weird.

I found the sketch I did for this one. I left it at work the other day, and my drawings are usually thrown away if I leave them. Ballpoint pen on scrap paper.
This weeks Illustration Friday drawing. Tattoo. Yeps. The tattoo on the fellow’s belly says Otaku. If you are unfamiliar with the terminology check out the Wikipedia entry on it. It’s more or less a nerd way into Japanese anime, manga and the like. With the exception of the glasses, this kinda looks like me in high school. Purely unintentional. Kinda funny though. That is my DS in his hands. And I do like Pocky. Crap. I enjoy anime. The more adult, tentacle-free variety. The Pikachu and the furry ears and tail are to be funny, I’m into neither.

Ah, yes. Insect. This week’s Illustration Friday topic. I figured I got silly last week so I went a little more realistic on this one. It turned out okay. A lot of really great ones this week.
